Ball Website Wins Stevie Award
What do Kodak, FedEx Kinko’s, the Philadelphia Eagles and Ball Horticultural Company have in common? Each of these companies has been the recipient of the Stevie Award. Stevie is derived from the greek work for “crowned” and the Stevie Awards are a world-class business competition “crowning” companies in more than 40 categories. Ball won the category of Website-Product Advertising for the 2008 American Business Awards for their newly designed website.
Ball launched its redesigned website, http://www.ballhort.com, in March 2008. The site was designed to be a resource for growers, retailers, landscapers and home gardeners to learn about plants, products and programs available from Ball.
