Ball Acquires Daniels
Ball Horticultural Company has acquired the assets and manufacturing facilities of DP Foods LLC and the rights to market the Daniels brand of plant nutrition. DP Foods manufactures Daniels products, including sustainable, organic and cost-effective plant food products for professional growers, landscapers and home gardeners.
Daniels products are organically based and contain organic/nutritional compounds, including natural vitamins, minerals, amino acids and proteins, enzymes, phytohormones, and carbohydrates to enrich plant health and fertility.
Daniels products include : Daniels 10-4-3 Professional Plant Food; Daniels Ornamental Landscape 10-4-4; Daniels Pinnacle 3-1-1 Organic Professional Greenhouse Nursery Plant Food; and Daniels Plant Food Retail Product Line

Ball will operate DP Foods from the company’s current headquarters and manufacturing plant in Sherman, Texas, and will retain all its present employees.
