ECGC Recognizes Campania
For the fourth time in the past seven years, Campania International received ECGC’s Award of Excellence. They were also recognized as the top decorative supplier by this group of top-tier independent garden centers in 2002, 2003 and 2005.
Campania’s commitment to customer service and quality craftsmanship made the company the “clear winner” for 2008, said Ellen May, executive director of ECGC Distributors. Campania was selected from some 90 candidates judged on product quality, customer service and partnership marketing.
The group presented the award at a reception held in January during the AmericasMart Gift & Home Furnishings Show in Atlanta. Russell Ireland III from Martin Viette Nurseries presented the award to Campania’s CEO Glenn Appel.
“ECGC members are among the most successful garden centers in the country and are the benchmark for the industry,” said Appel. “This award is a tribute to the team work of our entire staff, from our designers to our sales support staff.”
