English Gardens Will Close Brighton Location
At the end of 2012, 58-year-old English Gardens, based in Dearborn, MI, will not renew the lease on its Brighton store, which is one of eight English Gardens locations, reports Michael Martinez, The Detroit News.
“This will allow us to focus our resources on our existing stores and potential new stores,” English Gardens President John Darin explained to Martinez in an email.
The store will fully funtion through the holiday season and close officially Jan. 1, 2013, Martinez notes. Brighton employees will be transferred to one of English Gardens’ other locations.
