Espoma Unveils Organic Line for 2010
The Espoma Company, a manufacturer and marketer of natural gardening solutions, recently announced the introduction of Espoma Organic potting mixes and soil amendments for 2010.
No synthetic chemicals will be in any of the mixes, and all of the products will be suitable for organic gardening. In addition, three of the products will be enhanced with Myco-tone, Espoma’s proprietary set of 11 strains of mycorrhizae.
“Myco-tone improves root growth and allows more efficient use of water and nutrients. Users will see noticeably bigger plants with more abundant blooms,” said Vice President Jeremy Brunner.
Products for 2010 include a potting mix, seed starter, cactus mix, African violet mix, orchid mix, peat moss, perlite and vermiculite to offer garden centers a complete line of specialty soils and amendments.
