Grassroots Movement to Stop Garden Center EvictionSource: The Mailbu Times

A large group of Malibu residents are working hard against an impending eviction of the Trancas Canyon Nursery, also known as Malibu Gardens Nursery, reports Paul Sisolak of The Malibu Times.

Backed by a Facebook page and a 900-signature petition declaring their support of the longtime garden center, advocates of “Save Trancas Nursery” claim that there could be some illegality behind the 30-day notice recently served to the retailer by the Trancas mall property owners, writes Sisolak. This claim was voiced by many at a recent City Council meeting.
