IGC Show Adds Fifth Bus for Monday Tour

IGC Show officials just announced that, in response to a surge in demand, they’ve added a fifth bus to expand availability for the IGC Show Garden Center Tour, Monday, Aug. 14, the day before the IGC Show opens at Navy Pier. To date, registration for the store tour is more than double last year.

IGC Show tour-goers will take an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at what’s new at Chicagoland’s favorites, including two of The Growing Place’s stores; Aquascape’s Aqualand; Pasquesi Home and Gardens; and Atrium Garden Center.

“Monday’s garden center tour is as much about the conversations you’ll have on the bus as the retail inspirations you’ll discover at each stop,” says Jeff Morey, IGC Show co-founder and CEO.

Sponsored by SBM Life Science Corp./Bayer Advanced, and conducted in conjunction with Garden Centers of America, the tour includes transportation and lunch.

IGC Show’s trade show, three morning keynotes and Opening Evening Party & Concert with Blue Öyster Cult are free – register at www.igcchicago.com.
