Bob Hartman, former vice president of marketing at The Espoma Co. and director of marketing at The Scotts Co., has joined National Prime Source (NPS) to lead the marketing efforts and manage key accounts.

Bob Hartman, former vice president of marketing at The Espoma Co. and director of marketing at The Scotts Co., has joined National Prime Source (NPS) to lead the marketing efforts and manage key accounts.

“When Scotts awarded NPS the distribution rights for independent retailers and regional chains earlier this year, we knew we had to bring in someone who was familiar with both the Scotts products as well as having the experience to deal with the dichotomy across multiple channels.” said Lindsey Chesbrough, president of NPS.

Effective October 1, 2015, Scotts will service independent retailers and regional chains through an exclusive distribution arrangement with National Prime Source and its affiliated Distributors.
