Oregon Garden Center Closes Its DoorsSource: The Oregonian

Lake Grove Garden Center in Lake Oswego, Ore., shut down at the end of June after more than 50 years of business, according to an article in The Oregonian.

Chris Eddy, owner of the family business, sold the site to Wells Fargo Bank, which plans to open a new branch there.

Eddy will still own and operate Wilsonville Garden Center in Wilsonville, Ore., which has approximately three times more space than the Lake Grove Garden Center.
