Sakata Ornamentals Debuts New 2015 Lineup
Sakata Ornamentals has announced its 2015 new varieties, including innovative new series, collections and colors.
New Series
Sakata introduces its Proud Mari series. Proud Mari is an F1 hybrid African Marigold with thick flower stems. Available in three colors, Proud Mari provides excellent landscape performance and uniform bloom time and height.
New Colors
The new offering also features new colors of Sakata’s SunPatiens Sprea ding and Co mpact series. The annuals are nationally recognized for their vibrant color, low maintenance and robust, disease-resistant performance. In fact, recent introduction SunPatiens Spreading Shell Pink took home the first-ever vegetative 2015 AAS Flower Award.
New Cyclamen Offering
Among the new additions, the cyclamen lineup shines through as a favorite. Bred by leading cyclamen experts at Schoneveld Breeding, Sakata is the exclusive distributor of Schoneveld cyclamen genetics in NAFTA.
