Waterloo Gardens in Exton, Pa. is going out of business after more than 71 years, reports Jeremy Gerrard for the Daily Local News. The store sits on 50 acres, has 150,000 square feet of retail space and a 20,000 square-foot vegetable garden.

The LeBoutillier family business filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in June 2012, according to the article. Waterloo Gardens has already closed its Warminster, Pa., store in 2008, its Wilmington, Pa., store in 2011 and its original Devon, Pa. store in July 2012.

Waterloo Gardens is selling all of its products at discounts ranging from 20 to 40 percent and will remain open until all of its inventory has been sold. Gordon Brothers Group will manage the store’s closing.
