Arett Open House Pivots to Virtual Event
In a statement, Noah Chesbrough, Arett executive vice president, announced that this year’s LIVE Open House in Atlantic City, New Jersey, has been canceled.
“Our priorities have not wavered since the beginning of the pandemic — the health and safety of our employees,” he writes, “and the continued support to our customers, our manufacturer partners, and our industry as a whole. Considering the current situation and the uncertainty moving forward, we felt it necessary to cancel our live show and shift to a 100% virtual event.
“On a positive note, we have successfully navigated these waters together during last year’s Virtual Open House and are positioned for even more success this year. We have continued to enhance our online shopping experience throughout the year and have been working with our manufacturer partners for months to ensure their Virtual Booths are filled with great marketing content to assist customers in making informed buying decisions.”
Hotel Reservation Information:
Sheraton: Guests that have made their reservations directly with the hotel in the group block will need to contact the hotel directly to cancel their reservations. Unfortunately, the hotel is unable to process the cancelled reservation without the individual’s consent. Contact Marriott Reservations at 888-627-7212.
Caesars and The Tropicana: All room reservations that were booked through our Room block using Arett codes will be automatically cancelled. If booked outside of the Block, you will have to contact the hotel directly to cancel your reservations.
