Garden Center Group releases details on Fall Event 2025
Dan Gingiss, author of The Experience Maker, will be the keynote speaker at The Garden Center Group Fall Event 2025, taking place Sept. 22-25 in Raleigh, North Carolina.
In Gingiss’s book, he says, “Customer experience is a journey, not a destination,” and presents a proprietary set of components for identifying and creating remarkable customer experiences. The four components form the acronym WISE: Witty, Immersive, Shareable, and Extraordinary. As such, the theme for The Fall Event 2025 is Get Wiser in Raleigh.
The Fall Event will feature a dynamic schedule of sessions, breakouts, a full-day garden retail tour, and gatherings designed to foster collaboration and lasting connections for participants. These gatherings included a Sponsor Showdown before the Opening Session, a Welcome Reception on Monday evening, and a Group Gathering on Tuesday evening.
In addition, an optional Border Concepts Facility Tour is scheduled for Tuesday, Sept. 25.
