New Website Created for Retailers Offering Contactless Plant Pickup

On March 27, SBI Software debuted a new nationwide website to help grower-retailers let consumers know they can purchase plants at locations offering no contact plant pick up services during the COVID-19 situation.

The new website, www.nocontactplantpickup.com, is designed to protect consumers and retail staff and promote business in today’s challenging environment.

The way it works is:

  • Plant retailers sign up and get instant online store for consumer plant ordering

  • Consumers order product online on phone, tablet or PC

  • Retailer receives notification of new order and schedules pick up on Pick App

  • Consumer receives plant pick up notification email: Where & When

  • Consumer drives to pick up location and pops the trunk

  • Consumer shows Email with order number through window

  • Plant staff looks up order on phone, tablet or PC and loads the car

  • Plant Store Staff loads plants in car

  • Consumer drives off with plants
