Transpac Has New Owners
Transpac Inc., a gift, seasonal and home and garden décor product manufacturer, has been acquired by C&F Enterprises. C&F Enterprises is an artist-designed home accessories company with 40 years of global manufacturing experience. With more than 15,000 customers worldwide, Transpac designs and distributes consumer products throughout the independent retailer channel and national retail chains.
Transpac also announced that the management team will stay in place as well as the current infrastructure, with offices in both California and Tennessee.
Transpac will maintain showrooms in Atlanta, Dallas, and Las Vegas with over 1,600 new SKUs in our 2017 Spring and Garden collections to be launched during the Summer show season.
