Allie Bast of Bast Brothers to lead E-Commerce Connect webinar for IGCs
The E-Commerce Connect program’s “top influencer” and program advocate Allison (“Allie”) Bast of Bast Brothers Garden Center will lead a webinar to help other IGCs who are interested in launching their e-commerce presence to share her success.
Scheduled for 1 p.m. EDT on Oct. 20, attendees will hear how Bast Brothers transformed its garden center into a thriving online business. She will share how they made the shift, what systems and processes supported their growth and what lessons can help others avoid missteps as they consider going online.
Attendees will get an inside tour of her digital storefront and learn how Bast Brothers:
- Optimizes product listings for growth
- Strengthens online customer connections
- Streamlines operations with E-Commerce Connect
Allison Bast is the co-owner of Bast Brothers Garden Center in Mullica Hill, New Jersey, where she and her husband Bert combine their love of plants and design to create a destination for gardeners and home enthusiasts alike. With a degree in fashion merchandising from the Fashion Institute of Technology and a former career as a product developer, Allison brings her creative vision to the business as head of marketing and merchandising, curating beautiful spaces and inspiring customers to make their homes flourish inside and out.
Allie is a powerhouse and one of the very first adopters of the newly launched E-Commerce Connect Program powered by BoomerWrangle (introduced in May). At Bast Brothers, she’s already turning online drop-shipping into success — and on Oct. 20, she’ll share exactly how she’s doing it for those ready to take their business online.
