Fall Casual Market Atlanta offers sourcing, events and education

Fall Casual Market Atlanta, taking place Sept. 16-19 at AmericasMart Atlanta, intends to deliver a comprehensive four-day market experience with access to more than 110 permanent showrooms and temporary exhibitors, as well as signature events and educational sessions,

This September marks the introduction of temporary exhibits to Fall Casual Market Atlanta offerings. Nearly 40 temporary exhibitors will showcase casual furniture and outdoor accessories in an easy-to-shop tradeshow layout. Exhibitors include: Artifex Designs; Classic Cushions & Umbrellas; CO9 Design; Erwin & Sons Direct Imports; Mulia Manufacturing; Panama Jack Outdoor & Sunroom Furniture; Rainbow Outdoor; Royal Teak Collection; Sunbrella; and Trans-Ocean Import.

Additionally, casual furnishings buyers can explore some 70-plus industry-leading permanent showrooms during Market. Showroom brands include: American Eco Living; Armen Living; Barlow Tyrie; Couture Jardin; Elaine Smith; Gensun; Homecrest Outdoor Living; Inspired Visions by Peak Season; Jatex; KETTLER; Kingsley Bate; Mamagreen; Outdura by Sattler; Q-Works; Seaside Casual; Skyline Design; SoPoly; Southern Home; Three Birds; TUUCI; and Vanguard Furniture.

Award-winning design will be on display, with nine companies representing 11 product categories vying for top honors in International Casual Furnishings Association (ICFA) 2024 Design Excellence Awards.

In addition, AmericasMart Atlanta’s Fall Market, which runs Sept. 16-18, provides access to more than 350 open year-round showrooms featuring nearly 2,000 lines in home décor, lifestyle, gift and apparel. Nearly 20 Fall Market exhibitors showcase casual/outdoor resources. The newly renovated Gardens at AmericasMart will present buyers with an additional 50-plus giftable garden and outdoor living accessories exhibitors. The Gardens will be open Sept. 16-19 in Building 2, Floor 9.

The Fall edition of Casual Market Atlanta is packed with both signature Casual Market Atlanta and ICFA-hosted events designed to foster industry connection, learning and celebration.

The schedule begins on Sunday, Sept. 15 — one day prior to market opening — with the ICFA Retail Roundtables and Think Tank. Participating retailers can network and share business challenges in a relaxed and casual afternoon format.

Monday activities begin with the Atlanta debut of ICFA Women’s Leadership Network Breakfast Boost. Prior to market opening, a Walk for Hope fundraising event makes its Atlanta debut in support City of Hope’s cancer research and care. To cap off the day, marketgoers can enjoy Braves & Brews as the Atlanta Braves take on the Los Angeles Dodgers at Truist Park, with shuttles from AmericasMart at 5:30 p.m.

On Tuesday, Sept. 17, Waynette Goodson of Furniture, Lighting & Decor, hosts “Lighting Up the Outdoors,” a lunchtime panel discussion of the ways consumers and designers are embracing the latest innovations in lighting to create outdoor spaces that are comfortable, safe and will withstand the test of time. And at 5 p.m., the ICFA Awards Party will celebrate the best in the industry, as winners of the Design Excellence Awards are revealed.

The ICFA Annual Meeting closes out programming on Wednesday, Sept. 18, providing the industry with an opportunity to revisit highlights of 2024 and a preview of 2025 plans.
