Terra Nova Nurseries introduces fragaria ‘Pretty, Tasty Ruby’

Terra Nova Nurseries has introduced fragaria ‘Pretty, Tasty Ruby’.

This new ornamental edible produces clusters of red berries for months, as well as large red flowers.

Designed for both beauty and performance, Ruby brings ornamental appeal and edible interest to full-sun gardens, hanging baskets and strawberry pots. It also presents strong ecological benefits for wildlife and attracts pollinators to gardens and landscapes.

It grows with a fast, clumping habit, reaching a height of 10 inches, width of 14 inches and flower height of 10 inches, and is hardy to Zones 4 to 9.
