Women in Hort leadership breakfast scheduled at Northern Green in Minnesota
Megan T. Morrison and Katie Elzer-Peters have organized Rooted & Resilient, a leadership breakfast taking place on Wednesday, Jan. 21, 2026, during Northern Green in St. Paul, Minnesota.
The interactive event is designed to help women in horticulture recharge, reconnect and grow stronger together. It intends to weave together facilitated networking, creative expression and meaningful conversation to help participants spark authentic connections, prepare for the day and cultivate the resilience needed to thrive in today’s fast-paced horticulture industry.
Expect guided conversation prompts, interactive networking activities and a collaborative art project that invites laughter, reflection and creativity.
Participants will leave feeling renewed, inspired and more deeply connected to their peers, their purpose and the broader horticulture community.
Created and facilitated by Megan T. Morrison and Katie Elzer-Peters, the event takes place from 7 to 9 a.m. at the St. Paul Hotel, 350 Market St., St. Paul, Minnesota.
