Arett Sales announces 75th anniversary
Arett Sales has announced the celebration of its 75th anniversary this year, marking three-quarters of a century serving independent lawn and garden retailers across the U.S.
Founded in 1951, with roots tracing back to Librett Hardware in the 1940s in New Rochelle, New York, Arett Sales has grown from a small storefront operation into a national distributor known for strong vendor partnerships, reliable distribution and a retailer-first service philosophy.
Today, as a fourth-generation, family-owned business, Arett Sales operates a multilocation distribution network supporting thousands of independent retailers nationwide while partnering with hundreds of manufacturers across core lawn and garden, hardware and seasonal categories.
To commemorate its 75-year milestone, Arett Sales will introduce a series of anniversary initiatives throughout the year designed to recognize industry partnerships and create additional value for retailers.
Anniversary highlights include:

- Expanded closeout opportunities and pallet programs
- Dedicated 75th anniversary features across monthly deals emails and digital marketing platforms

The centerpiece of the anniversary celebration will be the Arett Sales Open House 2026, scheduled for Sept. 16-17 at the Atlantic City Convention Center in Atlantic City, New Jersey.
