Westerlay introduces new orchid line
Westerlay Orchids has unveiled its latest offering, the Sunstone orchid, designed to capture the beauty of sunrises and sunsets. This vibrant bloom is created using a double spike 5-inch Phalaenopsis dyed with a new Sunstone dye.
“The Westerlay’s Sunstone Orchids are some of our most vibrant orchids, a truly unique bloom set apart from the rest,” said Toine Overgaag, president of Westerlay Orchids. “With an orchid’s long life span, long blooming cycle, and easy care, it is the gift that keeps giving.”
Westerlay’s commitment to sustainability is shown in its newly renovated Retail Showroom in Carpinteria, which uses solar power and water recycling. The company has maintained an A rating from the industry organization MPS for eight consecutive years.
