Hydrangea

Tiny Tuff Stuff hydrangea’s flowers are so refined that it seems strange to call them tough. But they are. Extremely bud-hardy, this reblooming H. serrata reliably produces abundant doubled lacecap flowers from summer to frost. While leaning blue, the coloring may also be pink or white – all soft, delicate shades. At a petite 1 1/2 to 2 feet tall and wide, this elegant shrub fits well in any full-sun or part-shade garden. USDA 5.
