GeoCentral acquires Red Carpet Studios
GeoCentral, a leader in the wholesale gift industry, has acquired Red Carpet Studios (RCS Gifts), which specializes in garden décor, home accents and holiday giftware.
With the addition of RCS Gifts, GeoCentral expands its portfolio to include garden décor, wind chimes, and whimsical home accessories, offering wholesale buyers a broader and more diverse selection.
“The decision to sell was a necessity for the legacy and longevity of the company we proudly built,” said Mitchell Latch, co-owner of RCS Gifts. “This was made easier knowing GeoCentral will continue the business alongside our employees, many of whom have been with us 20-plus years. We appreciate the dedication and loyalty of those employees and enjoyed working alongside them every day. RCS Gifts’ existing product lines will continue to be available through all current sales channels, ensuring a seamless transition for existing customers while introducing new collaborations and innovations in future collections.
GeoCentral is a wholly owned subsidiary of CM Paula, a second-generation, family-owned holding company. In addition to GeoCentral, the company owns Up With Paper, Remtec Automation and ART Metals Group.
