Aquascape Among Chicago’s Best Places to Work

Crain’s Chicago Business recently awarded Aquascape, Inc. an honorable mention in its 2009 list of Best Places to Work in Chicago. Any Chicago-area business with more than 100 employees was eligible for the list, and more than 150 companies applied. Companies were judged on salary compensation, promotions, benefits, relationships between management and employees, and other issues about the day-to-day workplace.

“This is a great honor to receive an honorable mention,” claimed Greg Wittstock, CEO and founder of Aquascape, Inc. “During the economic downturn of the past year, it has proven more challenging to keep employees engaged.”

Aquascape is an innovator in the water features industry and invented the low-maintenance, naturally balanced ecosystem pond.
