Calling All Events!
In this month’s issue, we’re highlighting a Valentine’s Day dinner put on by Down to Earth Garden Center in Eau Claire, Wisconsin, in their greenhouse. What started out as an event for 30 guests has grown over the last few years and they plan to book 75 people at the next one.
Key to the event’s success is the IGC’s staff, says Benjamin J. Polzin, owner. “We have a great team, which makes everything run very smoothly. Many of our garden center staff help out as servers/cooks during the evening.”
They have even expanded into other themed events they organize throughout the year. Read more about it here.
