Atlas Greenhouse acquires Stuppy Greenhouse
Atlas Greenhouse has announced the acquisition of Stuppy Greenhouse.
Together, the companies represent nearly 200 years of combined industry knowledge and experience, creating one of the strongest greenhouse manufacturers in the industry and producing U.S.-made greenhouse solutions.
Customers will continue to have full access to both the Atlas and Stuppy product lines.
“Our focus is simple: Strengthen what customers already value while expanding what we can deliver,” said John Edwards, CEO. “By combining Atlas and Stuppy, we bring together decades of engineering excellence, manufacturing capability and customer commitment. This is a win for our customers and a win for the industry.”
Matt Stuppy, fifth-generation owner of Stuppy Greenhouse, said, “Customer confidence has been the focal point of the Stuppy family for 153 years. That confidence can only be achieved through collaborating with customers, employees and industry partners to provide solutions that provide real value. Given the cultural fit and aligned values of both organizations, I believe we will be able to quickly continue to innovate complete solutions and provide meaningful resources to greenhouse users of all sizes across all end markets.”
