Bailey adds to leadership team

Bailey Nurseries has welcomed two leaders to its leadership team. Katie Huth will serve as CFO and Tim Jacobson has been appointed as chief HR officer. Both will reportedly play pivotal roles in steering the strategic direction of the company and driving its continued growth.

“I’ve been incredibly impressed with Tim and Katie,” said Terri McEnaney, CEO. “Their extensive experience and alignment with our vision of Growing What’s Next make them invaluable additions to our leadership team. Their external perspectives will bring fresh insights as we continue to honor our commitment to our customers, partners, and employees.”

Huth joins Bailey as fourth-generation leader John Bailey transitions into a strategic leadership role as secretary-treasurer, focusing on legacy and long-term planning. Huth brings experience from her previous role in financial leadership at a large multi-national ag-tech and horticultural breeding company.
