Proven Winners Launches Kids’ Gardening Program
Proven Winners recently announced it has launched Club Sprout, a gardening program developed specifically for kids.
It is intended to help children develop a life-long appreciation of gardening while growing closer to their families. Club Sprouts will include garden-based educational activities for children ages 5-10 where they will learn about the care involved in planning, nurturing and enjoying the benefits of gardening and environmental stewardship.
Each project provides the following:
- A Social Media Graphic to Promote the Project
- A Materials List and Step-by-Step Instructions
- Video content from Garden Answer (where applicable)
Projects will be released regularly and are intended to provide independent garden centers with some fun ideas to share with their customers, says Meghan Owens, Proven Winners retail account manager.
Both indoor and outdoor projects will be released, and some will have accompanying videos. In addition, PDFs, videos and a social media graphics will be available that IGCs can use to promote the project on Proven Winners’ Club Sprout Google Drive.
