Shoppe Object to relocate in 2025
Shoppe Object organizers have announced the show will be back under one roof in 2025, in the Starrett-Lehigh Building in West Chelsea, New York City.
Shoppe Object will occupy a 195,000-square-foot loft on the third and fourth floors within the venue. The new space will feature a continuous expanse of windows with Hudson River views and an abundance of natural light, a private entrance, and on-site food and drink options, as well as access to an outdoor terrace on the building’s 10th floor for events and gatherings. With a 30% increase in space from past shows, the venue intends to provide ample room for an expanded array of exhibitors and an enhanced experience for attendees.
The Starrett-Lehigh Building occupies an entire block from 26th to 27th Streets between 11th and 12th Avenues. Constructed in 1931 and once a manufacturing hub, this city landmark is undergoing a transformation into a modern creative space with state-of-the-art amenities. The new location is situated a few blocks south of Hudson Yards and within walking distance from the Javits Center, at the heart of Manhattan’s West Side. It is adjacent to the High Line, the Gallery District and Hudson River Park.
“The move to this iconic New York venue enables continued growth, as the show has experienced with each edition since its launch,” said Dorothy Belshaw, president of Shoppe Objects’s parent company, ANDMORE. “We are fortunate that the industry has responded with such enthusiasm to the vision and vibe of Shoppe Object. The goal for 2025 is to enrich our scale and scope while maintaining the unique community and experience that Jesse [James, founder and show director] and his team have created.”
The 2025 winter edition will take place at its new location Feb. 2-4. Shoppe Object will return to High Point Market from Oct. 26-29, on the third floor of Historic Market Square in High Point, North Carolina.
