Garden Center Group Fall Event 2025 details released

The Garden Center Group has released details for its 2025 Fall Event, scheduled to take place Sept. 22-25 at the Raleigh Marriott Crabtree Valley in Raleigh, North Carolina.

Organized under the theme “Get Wiser,” the four-day event marks 25 years of The Fall Event. This year’s event includes a dynamic schedule of sessions and breakouts, a full-day garden retail tour and numerous networking opportunities.

Highlights include:

  • Keynote speaker Dan Gingiss, author of “The Experience Maker,” will present “A Remarkable Experience Is Your Biggest Competitive Advantage.” Gingiss will explain how creating remarkable experiences can drive sales, increase customer retention, and generate powerful word-of-mouth referrals. It will be followed by a Live Customer Focus Group, a 30-minute session where customers will take the stage to share unfiltered insights about their experiences, preferences and expectations.
  • A full-day garden retail tour will stop at five of the Raleigh area’s best retail garden centers, including lunch at a local restaurant and reception at a destination tour stop. The stops are: Homewood Nursery and
Garden Center; For Garden’s Sake; Logan’s Garden Shop; Fairview Garden Center; and DeWayne’s Garden Center.
  • An optional post-event Border Concepts showroom tour is scheduled for the afternoon on Thursday, Sept. 25. The 20,000-square-foot showroom in Lexington, North Carolina, is home to everything from small indoor pottery to outdoor planters and assortments, water features, bird baths, wind spinners, decorative wrought iron, and outdoor mats.
