M&M Wintergreens, Smithers-Oasis introduce Wintergreens Forage Kit
M&M Wintergreens and Smithers-Oasis Forage Products have partnered to introduce the Wintergreens Forage Kit, a retail-ready merchandising program designed for independent garden retailers.
The kit will be available exclusively through M&M Wintergreens beginning in July. It includes signage, Oasis Porch Pot Forage Foam and Oasis StayGreen anti-transpirant solution. The products are designed to be displayed alongside M&M Wintergreens fresh greenery porch pot kits.
According to the companies, the combined display is intended to provide garden retail customers with materials needed to create winter and holiday porch pots in a grab-and-go format.
Shannon Kuhrt, president of M&M Wintergreens, said the company’s fresh evergreen porch pot kits are designed to provide the greenery needed for consumers who do not have access to fresh evergreen cuttings.
Mike Walburn, Oasis Forage Products sales representative, said the collaboration was developed to simplify the process of creating outdoor porch pot arrangements. He said the foam helps secure and hydrate stems, while the StayGreen solution is designed to help maintain freshness and appearance.
The Wintergreens Forage Kit is intended to create a dedicated retail display that combines fresh greenery, arrangement materials and product support in a single merchandising program for the holiday season.
