True Value CEO to Present Keynote at National Hardware Show
The National Hardware Show (NHS) has announced that John Hartmann, president and CEO of True Value Co., will be a keynote speaker at the upcoming show in May.
Hartmann’s keynote presentation will take place May 7, on the stage in the NRHA Village located in the Central Hall lobby immediately following the show’s opening ceremony.
“Our industry is rapidly changing, and the National Hardware Show is the perfect place for both retailers and manufacturers to come together to address this transformation,” said Hartmann. “I’m honored to discuss how the independent hardware retailer is well positioned for growth and profitability at the show.”
Hartmann’s address, “Unlocking True Value,” will highlight how returning the majority of its members’ equity has offered retailers the opportunity to invest in their business as they know best and how a new company structure has enabled True Value to accelerate strategic investments without cutting into retailers’ profits.
