Arett Sales names Tom Medhurst executive VP
Arett Sales has appointed Tom Medhurst as executive vice president – West, a newly announced leadership role focused on overseeing the company’s continued expansion across the Western U.S.
Medhurst will lead Western operations from Arett Sales’ Fairfield, California, distribution facility. His responsibilities include overseeing sales growth, customer and vendor partnerships, operational coordination, strategic expansion initiatives, and the development of the company’s Western sales and customer support organization.
Medhurst previously served as president and CEO of L&L Nursery Supply and has worked with independent lawn and garden retailers throughout his career. Arett Sales said the relationship between Medhurst and the company spans decades through industry collaborations, including work with Gro Group and National Prime Source.
