ANDMORE announces executive leadership changes

ANDMORE announced several executive leadership changes, including the retirement of CEO Jon Pertchik effective May 31.

The company’s board of directors has established a new executive committee that will report directly to the board and executive chairman Bob Maricich. The committee includes Amory Wooden, newly promoted chief revenue officer; Greg Avitabile, president and COO; Robert Klein, CFO; and Ximena Juncosa, chief human resources officer.

Wooden will oversee marketing and leasing under a unified revenue structure and also assume responsibility for business development. Avitabile, who has been with the company for more than 30 years, will add oversight of the technology team and Shoppe Object to his operations responsibilities.

Klein will continue leading the company’s financial strategy and will also oversee corporate development. Juncosa will continue leading human resources while adding responsibility for the legal department.

Pertchik said the leadership structure is intended to strengthen the company’s operations and align the business around key priorities.

Bob Maricich, board chair and former CEO and founder of ANDMORE, said the company’s market position, real estate footprint and customer relationships provide a strong foundation moving forward.

The company also announced that Katie Potter, chief strategy officer and general counsel, and Landon Williams, chief technology officer, will step down May 31.
