Creative Co-Op renews lease at World Market Center Las Vegas
Creative Co-Op has renewed its lease for its 27,000-square-foot showroom at World Market Center Las Vegas following the Summer 2026 Las Vegas Market, ANDMORE announced Aug. 10.
The wholesale home décor company has maintained a presence at World Market Center Las Vegas since the campus’s early days and was one of its original tenants. Creative Co-Op has been in business for 25 years and designs and distributes home accessories and lifestyle products to retailers worldwide.
“Having a tenant of Creative Co-Op’s caliber recommit to World Market Center Las Vegas speaks volumes,” said Amory Wooden, chief revenue officer at ANDMORE. “They’ve been with us since the beginning, and their continued investment in this market reflects the momentum we’re seeing across the board.”
Creative Co-Op introduces new product lines twice a year and updates its Las Vegas showroom for the January and July Las Vegas Markets.
