Arett Sales Celebrates 70th Anniversary
Arett Sales announced it is celebrating its 70th anniversary. With deep roots in the home and garden business, Charles Librett started Arett Sales with one small facility and a staff of three, delivering goods with his car. Seven decades later, Arett Sales is a leading U.S. lawn, garden, home, and outdoor living distributor covering the Northeast and Midwest.
This year, Arett Sales will celebrate with an in-person open house to be held in Atlantic City from Sept. 12-14. This year’s jubilee-themed open house will be a hybrid live and virtual. Mauri Librett, vice president of marketing, says, “While we cannot wait to see everyone again, we are also excited to offer our Virtual Open House platform to serve our customers who may not be able to make it to Atlantic City.”
Four generations strong, the Librett/Chesbrough family continues to lead the company’s services and operations. Noah Chesbrough, executive vice president, and Adam Chesbrough, vice president of marketing, are the fourth generation committed to cultivate Arett Sales and position itself for significant growth for years to come.
Reflecting on 70 years in business, Noah said, “I take great pride in what we have accomplished over the last seven decades.
