Bloomin’ Easy has introduced Care+, an app designed to simplify gardening for young homeowners and beginners. The app provides users with personalized care reminders and how-to videos, offering a straightforward approach to maintaining plants and ensuring gardening success.
“The 2024 National Gardening Survey reports that the majority of consumers would do more gardening if they had the knowledge,” said DeVonne Friesen, Bloomin’ Easy president. “We continue to meet this group with unique and easy-to-use care support resources.”
The app also benefits horticultural professionals, including nurseries, landscapers and designers.
“Imagine a landscaper getting fewer calls back to old jobs because they set up each client to receive Care Reminders for the varieties they installed through the app,” said Kevin Cramer, marketing manager.
The Care+ app includes features such as an augmented reality tool that allows users to visualize plants in their outdoor spaces, further enhancing the consumer experience.
