That Flower Feeling announces leadership transition
That Flower Feeling Foundation (TFF) has named Joe Don Zetzsche interim executive director as part of a leadership transition aimed at supporting the organization’s next phase of growth.
Zetzsche succeeds Vanessa Leite, who will remain with the organization as interim administrative director. In her new role, Leite will oversee administration, financial and compliance operations, donor management, fundraising strategy and the Unit Sales program.
Zetzsche brings more than 35 years of experience with H-E-B, including 16 years leading the retailer’s floral business. He also served as chair of the Produce Marketing Association board of directors and currently serves on the International Fresh Produce Association executive floral committee.
As interim executive director, Zetzsche will oversee strategic growth, fundraising, donor and board relations, and represent the organization at industry events.
